Ma Dewei, male, born in December 1963, holding a master's degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law. He participated in social work in July 1987 and served as a legal adviser of Beijing International Hotel, Vice-General Manager of Beijing Yitong Dance and Art Service Company（北京艺通舞蹈美术服务）,the head of Cultural and Legal Affairs Department of Beijing Huaxin Law Firm（华信律师事务所）, and lawyer of Beijing Jiangchuan Law Firm（北京江川律师事务所）. He joined COFCO in December 1998 and served as a staff member of Legal Trademark Affairs Department, General Manager of Legal Consulting Department, Assistant Director of Legal Department and General Manager of Contract and Corporate Law Department as well as Director of Legal Department of COFCO. Since February 2013, he served as the General Legal Adviser of COFCO, and became the director of the Company from March 2007 to May 2017.

He is a professor-level senior engineer and enjoys Special Governmental Subsidies of the State Council. He joined COFCO in 2005. From November 2005 to January 2015, he successively served as Vice General Manager of Corn Processing Division of COFCO（中国粮食食品集团有限公司）, General Manager of Guangxi Company of China Agri-Industries Holdings Limited, Vice General Manager of Production Management Office, General Manager of Production Management Department, General Manager and Chief Engineer of Production Research & Development and Quality and Security of China Agri-Industries Holdings Limited. From January 2015 to October 2016, he was appointed Chief Engineer and General Manager of Project Management Department of COFCO Trading（中粮贸易有限公司）. From October 2016 to December 2017, he successively served as Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection, Special Auditing Commissioner of China Agri-Industries Holdings Limited, Vice General Manager, and Member of the Party Committee of COFCO Oils & Oilseeds. From December 2017 to now, he has been a full-time Equity Director of COFCO. From March 2018, he became the Director of Joy City Property Limited and he has served as the Director of the Company from June 2018.

He used to be a technician at No. 720 plant of Ministry of Nuclear Industry. He joined the Company in July 1988 and has served as Assistant Engineer, Manager of Securities Department, Secretary of board of directors of Baoxing Electric Wire & Cable Manufacture Co., Ltd.,（宝兴电线电缆有限公司）， Manager and assistant to General Manager of Fu’an Industrial Company（福安实业公司经理）. From July 2002 to December 2016, he served as the Vice General Manager of the Company. Since December 2016, he was appointed the Executive Director of Joy City Property Limited. From May 2017, he became the Director and General Manager of the Company.

She is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor in the Department of Finance, School of International Trade and Economics, University of International Business and Economics.She is the Executive managing Director and Vice Secretary of the Professional Committee on International Trade and Investment of the International Economic Association（世界经济学会，没有找到完全对应的英文名词）, the Director of the Asia-Pacific Research Council, Director of the TNCCS, and also serves as consultant to a number of government agencies and large enterprises. She has obtained the qualification certificate of independent director of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and now serving as independent director of the Company since June 2018.

He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Accountancy, Central University of Finance and Economics. He is a Phase II student of Accounting Leader (Reserve) Talent Program of the Ministry of Finance, Standing Director of the Finance and Cost Branch of the China Accounting Society, evaluation expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and evaluation expert of Beijing Natural Science Foundation（北京市自然科学基金，没有找到对应的专业名次翻译）. He used to serve as an independent director of BEX Group（北京电子城投资开发集团股份有限公司） and independent director of Jiangsu Akcome Science & Technology Co., Ltd.（江苏爱康科技股份有限公司） , Mr. Yuan Chun has obtained the qualification certificate of independent director of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. He is now an independent director of the Company since June 2018.
