第一章 总 则  

第一条 为了增强公司年度报告信息披露的真实性、准确性、完整性和及时性,进一步提高公司信息披露质量,强化信息披露相关人员的责任意识,根据《公司法》、《证券法》、《上市公司信息披露管理办法》等有关法律、法规及《中粮地产(集团)股份有限公司章程》、《中粮地产(集团)股份有限公司信息披露事务管理制度》的相关规定,结合公司实际情况,制定本制度。


第二条  年报信息披露重大差错是指年度财务报告存在重大会计差错、其他年报信息披露存在重大错误或重大遗漏、业绩预告或业绩快报存在重大差异等情形。


第三条 本制度适用于公司董事、监事、高级管理人员、公司职能部门及子公司负责人以及其他与年报信息披露工作有关的责任人员。 第四条 责任追究应遵循责任与权利对等、过错与责任相适应原则。
